Methods to make payments:

Western Union: You can use Western Union online bill pay or pay in-store. The property account information is the same as listed for your property’s WaFd account routing and account number. List the name and address on the payment method so it will be credited properly. Fees may apply.

Mail: You can mail a check or money order. Please label the check and envelope with your name and address.

Transfer: Bank to Bank online transfer. Please remember your name and unit number must be included in order to be properly credited. There are also services through banks to make electronic bill payments. Use the included WaFd routing and account numbers.  Fees may apply

Direct Deposit: You can also deposit funds directly into the property bank account at any WaFd branch office. If you choose this option, please remember your name and unit number must be on the deposit slip in order to be properly credited. See attached property account information. 

 Quicken: Set up an automatic bill pay through Quicken Bill Manager.

Please be advised that rent payments made online after 5:00 pm on the 5th day of the month will need to include your late fee.  Please refer to your lease agreement for the late fee amount.

If you have been served a Three Day Notice to Pay or Vacate (“Three-Day”), please pay the total amount due on the Notice, otherwise your payment will not be accepted and eviction proceedings will commence.

If your account is currently past due, your payment may be rejected or credited against the amount you owe, at the landlord’s discretion, but the acceptance of such a payment does not waive any rights we have to take such action as we deem necessary to recover any additional amounts owed, including without limitation the right to continue with legal proceedings.  

If you choose to pay an amount less than the total amount on your Three Day Notice, we reserve the right to proceed with the eviction as outlined in the Three Day Notice.
